Kathryn Elizabeth O'Conner, of 316 Canada Rd. Covington, died Wednesday Aug. 22, 2012 at the Skilled Nursing Unit at Towanda Memorial Hospital.
Born March 28, 1926 in Potterville, the daughter of Thomas and Charlotte Goodenow.
Kathryn was married to Eugene O'Conner, they shared 56 years together
Kathryn lived most of her life in Mildred, where she raised her children. She loved the outdoors, gardening, flowers, her pet goats and Goldie, her faithful cocker spaniel for 16 years. Kathryn's family was very dear to her.
Surviving Kathryn in addition to her husband Gene are her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and John Edling, New Albany, Anne and David Berkley, New Albany; her son Larry O'Conner and his companion Wendy Douglas, Mansfield; grandchildren Timmy Titus, Jennifer Miller, Fawn Madden, April Hoodak, Matthew and Nicole Edling, and Taiylor, Hannah and Natalie O'Conner; and great-grandchildren Kathrine, Jenna, Brady Madden, David Toomy, Nicolas and Christan Miller.
Funeral services will be private and are under the care of Freeberg Funeral Home, Blossburg.
